Established in the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family business in the Northern Italy's biggest industrial location. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide array of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
The business started crane production during 1963. Over time, the business pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and manufactures 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These machines are engineered and designed for various uses and there are models available to cover all construction needs.
Several units offer extremely flexible lifting options for businesses who are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and provide 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other units. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and really adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These types of cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
